Rick Goossen, B.A., LL.B., LL.M, -- Chief Executive Officer ("CEO")

Mr. Goossen's expertise is in domestic and international business development, regulatory compliance and financing and listing procedures. He has been a director, officer, advisor and shareholder of a number of public and private companies in Asia and North America over the past 15 years. With respect to professional credentials, Mr. Goossen was admitted as Barrister and Solicitor of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, 1987 and voluntarily withdrew his membership in 1993 to focus entirely on entrepreneurial pursuits. Mr. Goossen's education includes the following: a Masters of Law (LL.M.) from Columbia University, New York City, the leading institution in the world for Asian legal studies; a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from McGill University, Montreal; and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Hons.) (First Class) from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver.

Mr. Goossen's role as part of the Chief Executive Team of MDMI Group is twofold. First, he devises suitable corporate finance strategies in order to obtain financing and to execute eventual planned public listings. In particular, he will utilize his financing contacts and expertise, particularly in the U.S., on behalf of the Company. Second, he will pursue business development through writing, speaking and presenting on behalf of the Company at international forums.

James R. Elliott, B.Sc., B.A.Sc., M.A.Sc. - Chief Technology Officer ("CTO")

Mr. Elliott is a leading expert in the successful research, development and commercialization of medical device technologies. From 1994 to 1998 he played a pivotal role in the growth of the Canadian operations of Arterial Vascular Engineering from zero to $400 million in revenue. He filled the positions of Director, Officer, Engineer and Manager during his tenure with AVE. Medtronic (NYSE: MDT), a major industry participant, acquired AVE in 1998 as part of a US$4.2 billion transaction. Mr. Elliott has a B. A. Sc. degree in Bio-Resource Engineering and a B. Sc. Degree in Biology from the University of British Columbia (where he also completed 4th year medial physiology) and a M. E. Sc. in Materials Engineering from University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Elliott's role as part of the Chief Executive Team of MDMI Group is threefold. First, he will act as MDMI Technologies representative and, along with Mr. Goossen, devise a suitable corporate finance strategy in order to obtain financing and to execute an eventual planned public listing. Second, Mr. Elliott will utilize his extensive contacts within the medical device investment industry worldwide on behalf of MDMI Group. Third, as CTO he will provide technical leadership in discussions with the research and investment banking arms of financiers, as new innovations in the medical device industry are exploited by MDMI Technologies inc.
